These new sorbents are a versatile tool, able to efficiently remove HCP and aggregates from mAbs, or to separate very close molecules at any scale.
An innovative, enabling technology for continuous clarification of batch CHO cell culture. Single-use continuous acoustophoretic clarification is optimized for high density CHO cell culture of 20 - 50 x 106 cells/mL and produces a comparable but normalized harvested cell culture fluid to centrifugation, with no cleaning required and improved scalability. An easy-to-use technology without the volume limitations of depth filtration solutions, and avoiding a large footprint or the need for buffer consumption or process additives.
